Jeff was recently asked to work beside Roy, of Roy's Restaurant, for a special catering engagement on Maui. He has also worked with the famed chefs of Mama's Fish House and many other prominent restaurants on the island.

We wanted to thank you for the incredible job you did on making our wedding festivities so grand. From the first email, to the meeting in person the day before, to the day of the actual event, we were pleased beyond our expectations. Our guests gave you a 12 on the 10 point scale and that's from some people who are used to being entertained in the Malibu area of California. We're STILL hearing about your dessert choice.....Your food selections, the presentation, and over all service were exceptional. Thanks again for completing our day of celebration. We would recommend you to everyone and have done so already as our stay on Maui continues for a couple more weeks. Good luck in the future!
